I was stuck on 4 digit division. (Don't ask why I'm 13 and still having troubles on 6th grade math, when it comes to math it takes awhile before I finally "get it".)
So, I was looking for a good example of what exactly confused me, and when I found a link, and I was starting to type out what was confusing me..
I figured out what I was doing wrong.
And I just had a face palm moment.
I hope this makes sense but, what was confusing me was in the examples
they got to the subtraction part. When they would subtract, it would be two numbers in the tens place, and the answer would equal a number in the ones place.
ex 73 - 66 = 7.
I was confused on how they got the number in the ones place, I thought they were ignoring the tens place, and just subtracting the ones place. And when I'd run into a hard problem, I'd look up at the example and be like "wtf how'd they do it?"
So now THAT confusion is out of the way, I'm still having trouble dividing four digit numbers by two digit numbers. I get close to getting the answer right, but then I end up falling short of the correct answer, and I don't quite understand why I'm getting it wrong. I haven't had much practice with dividing 3-4 digits, and I'm sure that comes into play as of why I'm not getting the answers correct right away, but it's still bloody frustrating. Dx
-edit- I can actually do it now! Yay! And when I check my answers, it actually comes out right. Yay! <3

I still don't know how to do basic multiplication.
Back in the day, I was seriously ADD, and the teachers just gave up on me, and passed me without trying to help.
I guess I get it wen I need to now, but don't remember it later on, because I passed all my math classes with Bs and Cs, and I have no idea how.

Yeahh. I know how that is. Though, my teachers tried hard, I just can't memorize numbers.
Ask me a question after or before math time and I'll stand there with a "hmmm" look on my face, as if I'm thinking, but there's absolutely nothing going on in my head. In order to get multiplication to come out right for me, I have to do a quick skim of the table, and then I can be like "lulz __x__ = __! <3"
