Yeah, I've beaten all of them, even Penance. He's extremely hard, so if your party isn't maxed on EVERYTHING, you will get a pounding.

I would love to have fought them, but alas... They're only in the International version of the game (so that's why a lot of people haven't heard of them). Sigh...
I've always wondered, though, what the premise behind the fights is. Like the storyline? I've never been able to find it online.

I've killed all of the dark Aeons except Yojimbo. I keep him alive to get good items.

i got game over at least 80 times before i made it to penance he was nothing compared to my tidus muhahahahahahhaahahahahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa........ what?

All the dark aeons (including penance) were EXTREMELY easy for me to beat

we call penance der richter in the french version,no way to beat him if you don't have all the stats in 255,and all the celestial weapons
