I like Bodom and I think Alexi is a pretty ******** metal guy, I just don't really care for his vocals much. Their music otherwise is brilliant.

yea, im not big on crazy death metal, mainly because of the vocals, Its good pit music, the riffs are good, but most of the vocals sound Exactly the same, i like his vocals thou because its more high pithed but still heavy compared to others, hes an amazing guitarist thou, vocal wise my favorite singers would have to be Phil Anselmo, Paul Baloff, Bon Scott, and Glenn Danzig i like alot of Folk metal ans stuff, but thoes peopel realy stand out more thrash influenced.

You know, I've always liked Alexi's vocals. Not really sure why, but I do. Besides, he's a kickass guitarist, and a good songwriter smile

Most of the lyrics he writes sound like something I'd write myself (Hate Me!, You're Better Off Dead, etc), which is one of the reasons CoB has grown to be my favorite band at the moment...

That short a** ruins his bands' music.
If all their albums were just instrumentals, with no trace of his annoying voice; they'd be somewhat my favorite band.
Alas he IS in them, and that really pisses me off.

I don't so much hate the banshi scream, but when he tries to get lyrical with it.. the s**t hits the fan. :[
I like the back up vocalists, and guest vocalists alot more. Eg: The rise of the true pentagram, and Nymphetamine. [not the heavy one]

Hes like my idol... The way he sings and shreds at the same time is awsome..His ESP is wicked but no way ill b able to get it.
