Scream-


Oh my god, I think to myself as I stare at the screen in front of me, I shudder at the image and blink back tears of rage. I sigh and put my head in my hands and start to sob. It was all so harsh and horrible to even contemplate, why did it have to happen? You watch the arguments go on and on and on and on, they scream and yell and fight. Its all pointless and strange I think to myself. I change the channel and watch the news instead.

I had to go to work, I was running late so I grabbed my coat and wallet and then grabbed my flask of vodka. I take a swig of it and then hide it in the inside pocket of my coat.

To see the light is to be open and light hearted, to dwell in darkness it to be closed and jaded. I walk through the night, my coat swishes in the light breeze, I look up at the stars and smile ruefully to myself. I take my coat off and fold it over my left arm. I sigh and just keep walking, I have no idea where I am or where I am going, no intentions of ever wanting to know. I shudder at the thought of what happened yesterday. I try to forget it but it pushes up through the junk in my head so I have to think about it. I walk past a lamp post and stare into the glow of the light until it hurts my eye's. I keep on walking and find myself at a car lot where bums were burning junk to keep warm. I was lucky in a way not to feel anything like cold, heat, anger, love or any of the normal emotions. I was numb...

I stared up at the sky waiting for the client to come down to the door of the large building. I sighed as he held the white piece of paper in his hand. It was a message, I had no idea as to what kind of message though I did know that it had to be delivered otherwise certain events would not prevail.
The door finally opened and took the letter from him with a devious smile, he nodded.
"Thank you for your troubles kind sir, here is your reward for doing what was asked so promptly"
The man handed over a yellow envelope and then closed the door without any further conversation.
"Ok then thank you"
I said sarcasticly to the red, wooden door, I walked down the driveway and then into my car. It was a Holden Statesmen, I turned on the car and the heater as it was really cold thanks to it being winter. I switched the radio on and then listened to the music, waiting for the car to warm up.
I find myself thinking what if I hadn't taken the message? what wouldn't have happened? I knew that at head quarters that the boss was a person easily inflenced and could become quite corrupt and deceptive. I drove back to head quarters and asked to take the package from the receptionist and noticed a guy smoking in the corner.
"Excuse me but the sign says no smoking"
I said hotly, I hated it when people had no regard for the rules adn regulations set for peoples comfort.
He ignored me so I went up to him with the package under my right arm and patter him on the shoulder.
"I said"
"I know what you said"
The strange man said angrily, he turned to me and smiled an evil looking smile, I glared at him in return.
"You think you can tell the owner of this corporation what to do?"
He said, I looked at him and then realized who he was and bowed my head to let him know I knew.
"I am sorry"
I said ruefully, he shrugged and then turned away again and left the foyer by the second entrance.
I looked around and saw a man wearing black at the receptonists desk, she was looking a little panicked so I watched some more. The man was concealing something so I went up to her and made sure that she knew I was around.
"Is there a problem here?"
I asked, I looked at the man but he had his face hidden by some sort of scarf and a low beanie.
He shoved me in the stomach anc I hit him in the face as my return, "hit the panick button" I yelled to the receptionist.
I got him into a position where he could only struggle, I looked at the receptionist to make sure she was ok.
"So whats you business here mate? threatening the receptionist?"
I said this in a sarcastic tone of voice that was laced with anger, I felt the man struggle some more.
"I had to come see the boss, he wanted me to do something for him but I found out that he was corrupt, he had decieved us"
I held him tighter and looked around to see if anyone else had arrived without my knowing.
"What do you mean?"
I wanted to get to the bottom of the story and to see if this guy meant any harm to anyone.
"The package, it has a bomb in it and the boss wanted to detenate it so he can claim insurance"
The guy mumbled, I held out the package and looked at it, I untied the string and then unwrapped the parcel. He was right. I let him the man go and placed the bomb on the recetionists desk, I looked at her willing her not to scream.

its hard i know....what i normally do is play a game on neo..then post a few times here....kinda evens it out where i get my neo time and my gaia time..... wink

its ok roocee..i knew what you were trying to say....little booboos like that dont bother me...good gracious..have you seen some of mine redface wink ...give that a try.....i finally got a rythm going between the 2 sites so that i am not neglecting either of them...lol...and on those really special days i surf an extra site....some times it can get a bit overwhelming....but after a little time you will get the hang of it biggrin

Apparently someone reported me and said that I was scamming for other peoples stuff which I was NOT!
