Malick in his usal posture was sat but a river looking to the other side it was quite dark now and his colorful and bright moving markings ave the effect of a glowing fire he jumped onto a rock in the middle of the river looking up at the moon a chili breeze ruffling his fur as he slept to the other side scanning the area curiously he didn't like being out at dark he was too easily seen.

Slashin wached from the shadows the other male jump onto the rock and all the other could see if he looked hard enough was his red eyes and nothing else "Wach out and dont slip" he chuckled from the shadows and swished his tail

"dont worry i wont i have good posture." he replied staring over at the mischievous red eyes a bit shocked by the random comment he stayed proud in the way he walked he was a bit of a snob really. He glanced back at the path for a second with a small sigh he still had no where to go and he didnt want to get attacked by a demonic like the night before

Slashin-wolf sighed and steped from the shadows into the moonlight and nodded to the other male "well have a nice night im going home dont fall into the water you could get really sick" he turned around and gracefully walk way dissapearing into the shadows the only thing he can see are slashes tail markings glowing

Malik nodded as he walked to the waters edge he hadn't slept in two days and he couldn't keep awake any more he fell into the water and started to sink slowly. He felt so weak from lack of food sleep and loss of blood .

slashin looked over this sholed when he was almost gone and his eyes went wide whe he saw the other make fall into the water he waited a few seconds and when he didnt come up for air he paniked and ran to the waters edge when he saw the other male sinking he dived into the water and swam towards the other and grabed the scruff of his neck dragging him as he swam for the surface once there he paddled the short distance to the shore and droped on his belly and let go of the other one his breathing ragged and uneaven as he tried to catch his breath

Malik didn't move he just shivered his eyelids twitching slightly as he coughed out some water he just managed to look up at the other male as she came to his feet with great difficulty he looked around as he shrived some more trying to walk but stumbled to his shaky knees. "... thanks i guess...."

Slash rolls his eyes at the way Malik was acting as if he didnt need any help and grabed him by the scruff of his neck and draged him to a rock and when down the rock and stood under him and tugged him down on his back sighing "no proble ill let you crash at my place" he starts walking shifting his weight so Malik would not fall off and walked towards his home

Malik stared down at the male with a small sigh and grumble he did need a place to stay but letting this stranger carrying was demeaning making him feel pathetic. He looked down at a minuet. "who the heck are you?" he asked he was a bit confused he wasn't shown acts of random kindness much.

slashin-wolf was not really paying attention to the other male thinking about the possibility of going and getting his neic Twich who knew about healing and the question finally sunk in a few seconds later "hum...oh im slashin-wolf but you can call me slash and you are?" he steps around a fallen log and sits down letting the other slid off as he looked around his home making sure there were no roving males around his home ready to attack him and poked his head in to make sure it was empty befor dragging the other inside onto his only bed and he layed down near the entrance resting and wondering if the other male had anymore questions befor he went to bed

"Malik is what this body is known as... but i guess you could call me Mal, but never Mali. Only a few people in this world call me that and that is family" he responded as he licked one of his paws before resting him head on it. "and don't expect me to stay long." he stated he didn't want to except charity, he let out a small sigh as he swallowed ready to say one thing he hated saying. "thank you though Slash..." he cringed he hated saying that.

slash chuckles and shakes his head "no need to thank me because i know how it is to be helped it kinda make you feel like your not male enough or atleast that how it was for me" he stands up and walks outside so Mal could sleep with out hearing his snoring and bounded up a tree right outside and let his tail hang down as he lisens to the night sounds and wach the stars

The next morning
Malik woke up really early as she stood up with a slight limp as he went to look for the other male looking down at him and his snoring thank god that he slept outside. he thought to himself as he walked to the river catching a fish as he came back throwing it in Slash's face with a small smirk.

Slash felt something slippery slap his mouth and jerked awak falling out of the tree and landing hard on his right sholder and he grimiced testing how bad he had hurt himself and winced again and limped away to empty his blader and didnt really but his paw down hopeing it was only brused

Malik rolled his eyes as he flew over looking at his bloody shoulder the least he could do is help i mean he did save his life, but helping would be a first but then again he needs help what cluts would fall out a tree ¬¬. "arnt cats suposed to land on there feet?" he asked as he smiled slightly licking the blood away.
