To be honest the effects look reallf fake. Also is up with their hairstles. some of them dont even look right on the actor. The acting isnt dat bad andi guess its quite funny. i will still keep on watching though cause i love evrything of Negima! 3nodding

It's very surreal stuff. Unfortunately, since I've only seen the first two episodes raw I don't understand most of what they're saying.
Oh, and Chamo? Get this. Chamo is an animated patch sewn into the inside of Negi's coat. And when they do the close-up, his name is spelt "Arbelt Chamomile." Yeah. rolleyes

It's ok. But it doesn't beat the anime, or the manga. It must be really hard to find 31 beautiful 15 year-old actresses... whatever, alot of them weren't attractive anyway.

If u want 2 watch the episodes go on veoh.com and the actresses (most of them) arent even 15 years old, there like 20 and over. Also Negi is a 13 year old girl and Kaede and the twins are younger then 15 also.

Let's say I'm watching it only for the heck of it. Seriously, it will never be half as good as the anime itself.
The ones that are a little more decent to watch, though, would be episode 4-6, 9 and 10. Remember, I only said more decent. Not really that good that I urge you to watch it.

I've all the episode of the live drama of Negima so far.
current there are 16 episode aired, waiting for #17.
what Kelly_k4 said is all true. but I totally agree with shiny dollar.
I watch it, because I'm Akamatsu/Negima fan, just extra things to enjoy Negima!
I can sub it, but I'm to busy and all (this is my first post after return).
also I have all the softwares to sub it and etc, just to busy with other things and too lazy to translate all.. sorry
maybe if you really can convice me, there is chance...
anyway leave a comment on my profile since I dont come much online anymore

I'm sorry, from the looks of episode 1 and 2, I'll just stick to my American-Released manga, thanks.
I didn't like the original anime that was released, either. Hoping when I see the OVA, it will be much better.

well 4 people who hav been watching the Negima live action, Setsuna's actress has suffered from a sickness and she can't do therest of the show. so now she's been replaced. this is 2 bad cause i liked the actress dat was playing Setsuna (especially the yuri ep). but hopefully this wont affect the drama.

NOOOOO!!!! Setsuna's new actor is so crap! her voice is to high and i just dont like it. grrrr. but the drama is getting very interesting now.
