On Saturday I was in the next town skating to someones house with a couple friends and my two idiot friends are skating on the wrong side of the road, in which a guy on a motorcycle comes speeding around the corner and swirves out of the way and falls off putting some minor damage to the bike and some sort of injury to the guy, and then we leave the scene because of the all the adults coming outside yelling at us for skating, and then having a police report made on us. I still dont know why they thought it would be a good idea to skate into oncoming traffic... xd

My friends are the ones to blame, but of course I'm also held responsible for it, according to the witness report. rolleyes I know this because when we got to the house our friends mom had to go shopping and checked what was going on there and told us everything when she got back. She let us stay at the house for the night which was cool.

The odds of us getting caught are slim, considering we dont even live in that town, so we arent worried at all. How much trouble would we be in if we did get caught? Just a little curious as to what the consequences would be.

Technically you didn't hit him.. so it wouldn't be a hit and run. You should of stayed and called 911 for an ambulance or something. The most trouble you'd get is getting sued for property damage or medical bills. (Your parents or you working it off yourself)
