Disgaea?
  Indeed! It's a great game!
  I'm not a fan...
Never heard of it, but you have me intrigued...
Meh. Don't know, don't wanna know.

Anybody else played this? It's really similar to Tactics. I.ve only played the second one, but it's really a lot of fun. I recommend it if you like to push the limits of training. (You can go up to level 9999)

Anybody? Maybe I'd spread more interest if I described it more... Let's see. You can create a new character to join your team whenever you like, using mana your characters gain in battle. A new character is created under an existing character's authority, and the resulting master-pupil relationship can be used to teach each other moves.
You can reincarnate your characters into different jobs (kinda like job changing on tactics, but you restart at level 1). This may seem like a disadvantage, but you retain something of your stats and abilities when you reincarnate: for example, you could make an insanely powerful character if you trained a character to level 9999, reincarnated him, did it again, etc. It's a game that essentially has no limits on how strong you can get, but it doesn't MAKE you do so to enjoy the game. Also, you can train your character as a mage, then reincarnate them, and they'll still have the spells. It's like subjobs, but you can train them as many things and give them full access to all the abilities.
Also, the character drawings are really cool. They put the portraits of characters in FFTA to shame. XD
Oh, and here's a screenshot.

I never played Disgaea before, but I've already seen videos and stuff and I have to say that that game got me REALLY interested! Plus, it's a tactical game, probly the best game kind EVER. I'd also like to try Makai Kingdom.
