If you could have any one super power in the world what power would you have?

Shape shifting. Yep. That would be mine. What about you, Hendrix?

I think I'd choose either time travel or a jedi mind trick ability. Time travel would be fun because then you could stop time, travel forward through time, or go back in time. But Jedi mind trick would be cool too because the teacher would say "Hey thought I'd let you know your failing." Then you'd wave your hand and say, "I am not failing this class." And everything would work out.

Time travel would be interesting, though I'd hate to think I messed with the stream flow of time. One mishap and BAM the entire future from then on is nothing like it was.... sweatdrop
I wouldn't care much for the mind trick though. I wouldn't want the ability to do something that could potentially harm another person because of a mere suggestion on my part. Plus, if you use it on a teacher to say "I'm not failing" you, yourself would really know that you are. It's good to put effort into things rather than do a mind trick to fool the other party. 3nodding

The ability to have all abilities? The ability to shapeshift? Chuck Norris?
I'd either take telepathy or instant teleportation.
Telepathy: know what your gf/bf wants, cheat from tests, win at Battleship.
Teleportation: Think about it. You can go anywhere. ANYWHERE. Yes, even there.
But I like Kita's example of use for the Jedi mind trick. xp I actually read in a book how to do something along the lines of the Jedi mind trick. It's nothing like in the movies, but it can work.

Telepathy would be pretty good but I think I'd feel like I was violating people's privacy....although it would make some of my life's situations easier...
Super speed might be fun.

There we go, Hendrix! Now THERE'S a power that would be fun to have! xd Super speed for reading, writing, and all those other fun things that would normally take forever... like cleaning the house! blaugh
Scoot: I agree with Hendrix on this one about Telepathy. It should only be used for the bare minimum. Raping someone's mind for information is rather tasteless in the way it might present itself. If you want to know something, just ask the person first. Though, after, you may see if the answer confirms what the person is truly feeling via Telepathy. I can see reason in that. 3nodding
I also think that Teleportation would be a fun little trick. Be anywhere that you can think of. Save on gas and time. Not a bad choice. Though, still take care to use it wisely.

You both have a point about the telepathy, but remember that the idea of responsibility comes with a lot of these powers. 3nodding I'd think that teleportation would be very powerful, but can be used in an invasive manner.
Speed is a very cool and practical power. wink

Alright new IF question. IF the world was going to end tomorrow. What would you do today to make the most of it?

Heh, didn't think this was going to become a game I just wasn't sure what to name the topic....I mean yea next question....
I think that I'd go ahead and do a lot of things the same as usual but at the same time I think that I'd like to die with a few things off my chest. Mainly I'd like to tell this girl that I like her but the world isn't ending so she'll have to wait.

Anything involving negative long-term effects. Drinking, sex, all that bad stuff. Why? Heck, the world's gonna end!
(Man, looking back at this post, I sound so... sweatdrop terrible)

Awww, Scoot. You make me laugh. You're so corruptable! xd Note: I'm kidding. I'm sure a lot of people would do the same thing.
For me... I think I'd try to gather all my family together and share the moment with them, because I'm sure my friends would wish to spend it with their families. Maybe also try something I'd never done before, like skydiving or... another extreme sport. sweatdrop

The issue with doing stuff like skydiving and social activities is that, well, the world is going to end! Every single person in the world will be acting differently, in one way or another. Who's gonna fly your plane, when the pilot should be either hanging with his family or drinking beer?
Plan B: I'd throw a party. Invite whoever can fit in the house, or whoever cares. Heck, if it were the end of the world, I'd invite you two! 3nodding But you guys would probably be busy.

Then, finally, after your long trip, you'd come to my door, and I'd ask:
"Who the hell are you?"
