I don't know if this is real, but one of the girls in my class told me about it to kill boredom one day. I'm not sure if this is true...but it sure is interesting enough. If you're curious enough, try it. Here is what you do:

1.) Take a plain gold or silver band.
2.) Get a strand of hair from your head.
3.) Tie one of the hair strand's ends to the band.
4.) Hold out your left/right palm with your fingers spread wide. Get a friend to grip the opposite strand of the hair from the band.
5.) After this, get your friend to dip the band between your five fingers once in each gap.
6.) Immediately count the number of swings it takes the ring before it completely stops.
7.) The number you reach will be the age you will get married.

I know it sounds like a load of bull, but oh well, if you're bored. razz
