2. Once in week category, but you can't win more than twice.

Yeah, *ahem*, what they {^} said.
2-15 or 20 contestants.
But I think that one person can participate in all of them, but can only win once.
Like, if they win more than one, the runner-up gets the prize.
And the prizes for each contest would be the same.

We vote for whichever we like best from those.
And we can have a final two or just the one with the most votes from that group.
And they will be the official PPS Halloween Queen.
