((This is a PRP for Reimei and Lance >w< It's on a dirt trail made by humans for human use, but they are walking on it today without any human contact XD))
The rain beat down on a young vixen's dark red and black fur. Her red eyes gleamed in the light of the day. The clouds hung overhead and cried as she continued her way down the brown, dirt path that the humans made and had called a 'trail'. It was nice to get a little alone time, but she wouldn't mind company.

Lance padded down a worn down path of dirt, giving a slight scowl as the muddied ground caused the fur on his paws and legs become wet and brownish blue in coloring. "Mmph.." He muttered as a wet bang of his flopped down over his eye, blowing at it in an attempt to get it to move, but just giving up on that idea because of the continuous rain and moving it away with a claw, careful not to gouge an eye out. Finally able to get the sopping wet piece of fur out of his face, he noticed a black and dark red blur farther up the trail, making him tilt his head to the side curiously.

Reimei caught the scent of another fox in the distance. It was faint, but that was probably due to the drizzle. It was an unfamiliar scent as well. Her pace quickened, her paws leaving evident footprints in the damp, muddy trail. Her blood red eyes scanned the terrain for the fox that she was smelling.
Eventually, her gaze fell upon a tealish, blue-green male that blended in with the trees bordering the trail. She stopped and approached this new male cautiously, but with a calm stride. "Good day," She greeted and continued stepping closer to this unfamiliar Modifox.

"Hello there, miss." Lance replied in return, giving a polite smile in greeting to the rather young looking female, taking a few steps closer and flicking his tail casually. "Taking a walk I see.... I don't have anything else to do at the moment, so would you mind me joining you?" He asked, wondering if she would accept his request.

Reimei smiled. Just what she wished for: company. "Of course," She replied, her eyes warm. She walked closer to him, as he didn't seem like he meant any harm. Her tail swayed behind her and she came about two feet away from him, her smile and eyes still warm and welcoming. "Well now, what brings you here today?" She asked casually and in a very sweet, honey-like tone.
((Honey as in the gooey sugary food stuff XD))

Lance gave a grin at her answer, his tail wagging slowly. "Oh, nothing much. I just wanted to get away from my family for a bit, sort of got tired of being pounced and roughhoused with, you know." He said with a smile, then perked up a little bit. "I forgot to tell you my name! I'm Lance, and it's a pleasure to meet you." The teal colored fox replied while flicking an ear.

Reimei giggled. "I'm terribly sorry about that as well. I'm Reimei. It's a pleasure to meet you, Lance." She introduced with a flick of her tail. "Ah yes, I know what that's like, though it's really only my little brother, Hakumi, and my father, Kyoufu, that do all the quarreling. Otherwise, my family is very quiet." She explained. "My mother, Taka, and younger sister, Taini, are very quiet and aren't usually around. We just wander off." She added with a light chuckle. "Why don't you tell me a little bit about your family now?" She asked.

He smiled as she spoke about her family, tail swaying in a mellow manner. "My family is a little bit larger, I have my older brother, Mailuk, most have noticed him by the rose patterns on him. Raijin is my cousin, and he's the soon-to-be Elder of the Raikou Tribe, which I'm thinking of joining along with brother. On the other side, most of them are in the Bamboo Tribe, which includes my uncle, Pyre Shadow, and my aunt, Yunalesca, who are Rai's parents by adoption." Lance said with a nod, and gave a grin. "I've met your mother, Taka, before!"

Reimei's ears perked up with surprise. "That's not something one hears everyday," She chuckled. "How long has it been, because she hasn't mentioned you before. Well, then again, I'm not around her that much anymore." She added with a light, crisp laugh that could've been mistaken for higher-pitched wind chimes.

"I think it's been awhile." Lance answered with a chuckle, then looked over at her with a smile at the sound of her laugh. "That's a pretty unique laugh you have." He said, tail flicking happily at the company he had. "I like it." The blue-green colored fox said with a smile, a cheery tone in his voice.

Reimei smiled and flicked her tail. "Thanks, I don't know which side it came from though. I think my mother's." She shrugged. "When you met my mother, what was she like? She never tells me these things." She asked warmly.

"Mm." He said with a nod, then answered her with a thoughtful look to his face. "She was a little quiet at first, and then started to get annoyed as I started to get playful and things like that." Lance smiled then continued, "That was when I was younger though, Mailuk had influenced me alot at that time."

Reimei laughed her wind chime laugh again. "I'm guessing your brother is immature and can get slightly annoying then, huh?" She asked. "My little brother's like that as well. Well, based on that description of your brother, I'd say that you act like the older one."

Reimei chuckled. "Hakumi's like that too, just rarely." As they went further up the path, there was a hill. She smiled. She liked uphill climbing. Looking back at Lance, she decided a new topic was required. "So, what about this Raikou Tribe? What's it like?"
