I need help on DOAX2!

I want to unlock the achievements but no matter what I do, I can't! It says to unlock achievements and all you have to become friends with 2 girls. Well I DO become friends and... nothing happens. I'll be getting presents from Lisa, Hitomi, and Kasumi and NOTHING HAPPENS!

Am I doing something wrong? Does my lady I play as stink? Am I just stupid? Please help!
