later today I will switch the guild from hidden to private an remove the text on the guild home saying under construction.
If you feel we aren't ready. just say the word and well get to work on whats left to be done.

I think, first of all, you put who want to be in charge, in charge. Fill in the spots that need to be taken care of. Because once members start flowing in, you'll need support, and help from active members.

I agree with Pumpkinstein on that and even more so that it is so close to Halloween there most likely will be a lot more people coming in to this guild so if the other slots or not fit then chaos will happen.

stark and stein are right
in my guild the first thing i did was invite all the crew and wrote rules
but right now is the hard part, trying to get a crap load of members and still keep it orginized
