Flit paced back and forth in front of a cave where his mate, Eisig'Flammen, was in. He had, finally, found her, but not his lost sons, Beere-Augen and Mavis. Their little reunion ended up, again, with her becoming pregnant. Flit had no idea what would come from this new litter. The last one had to males so he assumed that he would probably get two more male pups. Fear and excitement gripped at his stomach and he stopped pacing for a few tense moments to strain his ears to see if anything had happened yet. "Eisig?" he asked softly, but not too softly. "Are you alright in there?" He canted his head to one side, straining to hear a reply from her. He wanted to go inside of the cave, but his insticts told him to stay outside. For now all he could do is wait and pray for her to live through the birthing.
Meanwhile, many miles away from his parents' current location, was Mavis. His thin form made it easy for him to get through many tight areas between trees, but it was his current condition that made his inner-demon, Dämon, scold him. 'Can't you smell that? It smells of Father...and someone else. Mavis pricked his ears up as he sniffed a tree gingerly. Mother, he said, making his inner-demon grin wolfishly. Didn't I tell you Mother was still alive? This place also reeks of mating. Perhaps we should greet Mother and Father and see what has happened since we last saw them. Mavis shuddered slightly, but instead of talking back to Dämon, he slightly agreed with him and started trotting in the direction the scents lead him towards.

Eisig'flammen breathed deeply her stomach heavy with two new sparks of life within. "Ja Flit," she replied quietly flicking her tail. It had been so long since she had been so long. Her demon had driven her from her mate and had convinced her to leave Beere with Kiros. After battling her inner demon she returned to find her mate. Even though her demon constantly told her mate wouldn't accept her again. Eisig had ignored it and continued on to find Flit. He had accepted her return and her demon left her again. And another litter of pups had come from this. Eisig wondered were her two boys had gone and if she would see them again.
Another contraction Elsig growled, damn this pain. The two would come soon.
Elsewhere with his bother Beere stood beside Mavis and sniffed the air, father? He hadn't seen father since he had been very young. And the familiar sent of his mother came too.
"Can you smell that brother?" he asked, well of course he could. He flicked his tail and trotted after his brother. He must have been conversing with Damon. Beere-Augen just followed his brother quietly.
"To see father and mother then." he muttered.

Flit winced as he heard Eisig growl. He didn't know what to do, but her words before the growl made him a little less timid. Shaking his head, he started to pace in front of the cave entrance. The pups would choose their own time to be born, he told himself sternly. He wished that they would hurry up. He gazed up at the sky and sighed. He wished that his sons were also there with him to see the birth of their new siblings.
Mavis nearly jumped when he heard his brother's voice. He had forgotten all about Beere. 'Stupid,' he cursed at his inner-demon for distracting him. 'Nicht meine Schuld,' Dämon said, in the familiar tongue their mother spoke in. Mavis cursed his inner-demon again as he pinned his ears back against his skull. "To see Mother and Father," Mavis echoed Beere.

Another set of deep inhalations from her, she could hear her mate pacing outside the cave. She would live even after this she had done so before. Eisig continued to take deep breaths. She hoped her two other sons would come to meet their new siblings eith male or female.
Beere nodded, and continued to follow Mavis. he couldn't imagine what his brother felt with a demon within his mind. Beere in that aspect thankfully took after his father. The sent became stronger Beere saw a vaguely familiar green and white form. "Father?" he inquired

Flit lifted his head up as he heard a familiar voice. He gazed away from the cave and spotted his two son walking towards him, noting that Mavis was a little thinner than he had liked his youngest son to be. "Beere, Mavis," he said before turning his attention back to the cave. "I am so glad you two are here. You are about to witness the birth of your new siblings." Sitting down on the ground, he pricked his ears forward, awaiting the birth of his new pups.
Mavis canted his head to one side at his father's news. New siblings? Was that a good sign or a bad sign? Could one of them, or even all of them, have the same condition as he and his mother? Only time would tell on that. His demon didn't show until he had reached adolescent-hood. "Sounds...interesting, Father," he said, not having experienced having a mate himself. He didn't know if his brother had managed to get himself a mate.

Eisig flicked her ears hearing her mate's voice Beere and Mavis have returned. Eisig smiled slightly. Eisig gave a grunt. "ich freue mich darüber." She muttered in her native tounge then wincing in pain. A few moments latter a blue female pup with blue and green flames down it's back managed to struggle it's way into the light and nestle itself beside it's mother.
More pain. Eisig cursed. Another female pup, white and pink with blue stripes made it's way to it's sisters side.
"abgetan..." Eisig huffed pulling what strength she had left to lick her two new pups. Eisig curled herself carefully around them. She gave a bark signaling it was alright for them to see the two new pups.
"Hello father." he greeted the green wolf... it was a rather odd greeting not having seen him since he was just a young pup. New siblings? huh? Mother came back that was good. But more siblings? Were they going to be boys or girls? Beere wasn't sure he liked the idea or he didn't like the idea for that matter. He just wasn't sure. Beere looked to Mavis. he too seemed unsure. Perhaps one of them would face the same problem as Mavis and mother. He said nothing and didn't change his facial expression. He just waited sitting down outside the cave.
A bark sounded from mother. was it done?

Flit pricked his ears up as he heard his other son's greeting. He truly was happy that both of his sons came back to him. For how long was a mystery to the middle-aged male. Hearing the bark from inside the cave, Flit swiftly turned around and trotted into the cave, not waiting for any of his sons to follow him.
Gazing down beside his mate, he spotted two pups. He was surprised that they both were females. He had expected at least one male, but he was happy that Eisig had survived this birthing. "They are beautiful," he whispered to his mate as he settled down near Eisig's head. "Now for names," he said, pondering which names to give to the two pups.
Mavis stood near the entrance of the cave next to his brother and gazed at the two new pups. 'Disgusting things. They outta be killed,' Dämon commented bitterly. 'They are too innocent. Besides, Mother and Father would kill me if I killed by sisters,' Mavis said back to his darker half in a harsh tone of voice. 'One of them might have the curse,' commented the demon. 'So what? Mother has it-I have it. I can teach her things that she doesn't know to try and control her demon.' Dämon snickered loudly. 'Like you can control me?' he asked to his lighter half. Mavis was about to reply to his darker half when he smelled another wolf approach them. This one smelled a little familiar. "Brother?" he asked timidly to Beere, turning his gaze away from the pups and outward towards the forest.
A thin, ragged femme came out of nowhere and gazed at the two male wolves. She gazed a bit further and saw something green inside of the cave beside something blue. She pricked up her ears and smiled widely. "Finally found him," she said in a slightly happy tone of voice. "Who are you?" Mavis demanded from the thin femme. The new femme canted her head to one side before smiling at Mavis. "I am Silber-Flammen, your father's sister-in-law and your mother's birth sister."

Eisig nuzzled both of the pups affectionately she paused above the dark colored one, "Neid," she said and looked to her mate for confirmation and then nosed the white and pink one "Keid." She had thought them both very good names in her own tongue, one envy and the other a star. Eisig smiled fondly at the two new pups.
A commotion from outside "Silber?" she inquired sniffing the familiar sent. It smelt like her sister but wasn't her sister dead?
The light teal-blue wolf gently peeked his head into the den to get a look at his two new siblings. Sisters? Beere shifted uncomfortably he wasn't too sure about how he felt at the moment. He pulled his head from the den and sat outside.
Beere kept more of a level head when the new ragged she wolf came into view. Beere nodded to Mavis and tilted his head "Who are you?" he asked in less of a demanding tone. She looked familiar, but Beere couldn't quite see the resemblance to his mother.
"We have an aunt?" Beere-Augen blinked. More good news he wasn't too sure of.

Flit nodded his head as Eisig said the pup's names. She obviously had some time to think of possible names for the pups. Flit hadn't done anything like that, even when his two sons were born. He had left that up to Eisig to take care of. Hearing a familiar voice, he gazed outward and spotted a thin femme. "Silber," he echoed, having met Eisig's sister a long time ago, after he had ran into his mate for the first time. "Why is she here? I thought she had long since passed away."
Silber calmly started to walk towards the two parents in the cave, but was blocked by a growling Mavis. "I don't mean any harm," she said in a timid tone of voice. "How do I know that?" Mavis said bitterly. Flit sighed, stood up, and slowly walked towards the entrance of the cave. "Because, like it or not, she is the only family your mother has left," Flit said coldly to his son. Mavis pinned his ears against his skull and started to shuffle away when his father blocked the little room left leading towards Eisig. "I am flattered that you have found us, but right now Eisig is recovering from birthing. Maybe you can leave her alone for a few days as she recovers her strength?" he asked in a suggestive tone of voice. Silber pinned her ears against her skull as she gazed at her nephews and brother-in-law.

Eisig was pleased that Flit agreed with the names she had given the two pups. But Silber had returned. "I..I don't know, I thought she had died ja." He demon had constantly reminded her to give up hope when it wouldn't leave her alone. She had eventually given up hope for her lost sister. But here she was ill in health but still alive. She nosed her mate as she heard Mavis growling.
Beere watched his brother growl, he was standing up and watching the other wolf carefully but didn't stop her when she went near the cave like Mavis. He was still unsure about how to act. He and his brother had just returned and now this?
"Had she meant harm there would have already been blood shed." Beere promised his brother.

Mavis pinned his ears back against his skull. He didn’t like the presence of this new wolf, even if she was too weak to do any harm to either one of them. Flit sighed as he turned his back on the thin femme and he walked back to his mate’s side. As did I, he said to her in a soft voice. But for now my priority right now is keeping you safe from everything outside of this cave. I don’t know how long Mavis and Beere are going to stay here, but I hope they stay for a while, he said firmly, gazing back at his two sons.
Mavis merely brushed aside his father’s comment. His attention was on Silber. I’m not so sure about that, he muttered under his breath. Silber canted her head to one side and attempted to sit down, but ended up falling onto one of her sides, her head resting above her forepaws. Stupid body, she cursed under her breath.

Beere continued to keep his level head; he gazed at his two new sisters briefly still unsure as to how he felt. Perhaps he and his brother should just leave... but then their mother would be rather disappointed. Beere turned his attention back to the new wolf as she fell. She was weak and struggling it seemed though she wouldn't survive another winter... and it was a miracle she had survived this long.
The light blue wolf heard his brother’s comment. Perhaps the trouble didn’t have to be physical… maybe. “Either way, she is here now and father and mother don’t intend to drive her away.” He whispered to his brother.
Eisig gave a slight smile to her mate. She too did hope that Mavis and Beere would stay longer. Elsig nodded and then motioned to Silber “Help her please.” She told Flit quietly curling tighter around the two pups. She was too tired to do anything right now. When she rested it would get better.
