Though I never understood the "I'm a doctor not an escalator" joke because, really. You'd think the world would have improved on technology enough for escalators to have become obsolete long before TOS took place.

Spock all the way! But you can't really have Spock without Kirk and Bones, and you can't have Kirk without Spock and McCoy, and so on.
