"Ok." Tsu said, agreeing to muko's request. "And if you want to learn this, Rhulian, then I can teach you a lightning release so you can use it."

Breathing in deeply, Tsu closed his eyes, concentrating his chakra. After about five seconds, he began to flow some of that chakra into his hands. He held out his right hand, concentrating most of the chakra in the center. A small spark, transparent at first, began to glow brightly. It began to shock violently, seeming to escape his hand at first, but slowly calmed down floating above his hand. Then, with the left hand, Tsu grabbed his right wrist, forcing more chakra into it. A small amount of water began to form into Tsu's right hand, incaseing the spark into a water prison. The spark began top react around the water element, growing restless once again. Tsu concentrated more, steadying the spark. The water now sat around the spark in a ball about the size of a standard melon. With a little more focus, Tsu began to make the water turn, slow at first, but soon it began to spin rapidly, maching the speed and force of ten raging rapids. The intense spin began to grow, slightly rumbling the ground below Tsu, as well as tremble the whole training ground slightly. The spin began to tear away at Tsu's hands, cutting them and peeling off some skin. Tsu exhaled, finally completing the attack. The next thing would be a target. It didn't really matter, so Tsu lunged at a random wall. Pressing the Aquabolt to the wall, the raging water began to tear away at it's surface, quickly digging into it's thick middle. The wall began to cave in, at first spherical to match the aquabolt, but soon it began to crack in many areas under the pressure. Tsu, realizing it was the right time, released the water chakra. The water instantly dropped in speed and strength, melting away. This left only the spark, unprotected as it smashed into the wall. The water amplifided it, but the spark released a powerful shock that seemed to cover the whole wall. The power of the spark knocked out the electricity to the library, as well as three other random buildings to prove it's range. The back-up generators quickly restarted, showing Tsu's hand deep into the fragile wall, due to the resulting force of the attack. Tsu smiled, pleased with himself. He turned to Muko and Rhulain, pointing at the wall. "Now, think of that, but with an actual person."

(Sorry if we're still not underground. I didn't know. Also, any jutsu I create will be portrayed in detail like this on the first try.)

"Thanks." Tsu smiled. "It took me a while to think of the aquabolt."

cloud immediately activates his byakugan then uses his lightning release: Ginrei lightning arrow hail as he fires multiple lightning arrows sky ward hitting most of the wind shurriken in the center the rest falls down on the incoming shurriken that almost hit tsu and himself "Rhulain you should be much more carefull with the wind shurriken accuracy range this technique can also put your commrades in danger".
