Many of Duniya knew of the Divine Order. They all had varying thoughts of the religious body, but most held some measure of respect for them whether it was for their devotion to the Pantheon or for their willingness to cope with the unreliable Duniya gods. The Divine Order did not typically involve itself in the everyday affairs of its residents, but something about the uniqueness of the existence of the Tabula Rasa had intrigued the gods.
The Order contained the gods' messengers, and so, the Divine Order learned that they must interfere with these 'Tabula Rasa'--blank slates born out of Rasa. The particular reasons for the gods' interference was unknown, but no matter if Locke particularly agreed to it or not, the new manifests were to be brought to the Divine Order--specifically, Shakuni--immediately upon manifestation.
Shakuni herself was a deeply devout priestess of the Order. It was said that the gods had touched her themselves, and therefore she held a deep connection and affinity to the affairs of the gods. Shakuni was a leader in the Order and perhaps the most important messenger of them all. To be called to bring the Tabula Rasa to the gods meant that the Tabula Rasa held some deep significance. The certain significance was, as of currently, unknown, but one did not question the gods' wishes.
Another manifestation had arrived-- Lenneth. It was time.
As routine before she had to present someone with the gods, Shakuni entered a meditative state where she could speak with her gods. No matter what, she kept alert for the sounds around her, to make sure she would not find herself surprised and to make sure she knew exactly when the manifestation would enter.
If the gods wished to meet all the manifestations, Shakuni would be the vessel which would allow that.
(( The gods have spoken through their faithful servant! They have decreed that all new manifestations are to be brought to the attention of the Divine Order and brought to Shakuni, their faithful messenger, as soon as possible.
This PRP thread is reserved for the manifestation Lenneth.
This introductory post is very similar to the ones of the other Tabula because the Divine Order and Shakuni have not been known very long; it gives you a chance to get to know them as well. ))

This temple,.its grand significance, its forboding feeling,.. The sky blue eyes of the new manifest - Lenneth - looked about, pale brows furrowed, and hands cupped close against her chest. The temple was grand - intimidating - and most spectacular. She was consumed by her sourroundings, taking them in with her eyes, whilst afraid to touch anything; even the feeling of her feet against the cool floor seemed almost like intruding.
It was a moment before she noticed the medatative woman - the preistess. Lenneth bit her lip, her grip on her own hand tightening. Oh what was to comem of this meeting? Was this fear something all her kind felt, when coming to this place? She liked to think it was, and so, she would face it boldly. Swallow the fear, and stand like the sheltering tree in a storm, and let come what may,...

"You are Lenneth."
Shakuni's eyes fell upon the manifestation's blue ones. The girl seemed to be shrinking into herself, looking around at the order's interior. This one seemed fragile, yet bold, a combination that seemed strange to Shakuni. What would the gods see in her?
Her skirts rustling against the white marble of the floor, Shakuni moved towards the girl and held out a small hand. "Are you ready?"

The priestess addressed her, and Lenneth jumped a little. Even the greatest tree might sway in the face of the strongest storm.
"Ah-Aye," she said with a nod, in a small, soft voice, as she tried to gather up her shaken courage. Lenneth was naturally reserved, get gentle, and kind. And yet she had some sembalance of boldness - something akin to innocent internal strength. It were not determination derived from the need to prove ones self better than another, but the sweet light of proving to ones self that they had the strength within to face all obsticles.
Wide blue eyes watched curously as the woman reached out her hand. "Ready,..ready for what?" She asked, tilting her head to the side, whilst timidly reaching out, drawing from her meager courage, trusting that whatever waited for her, she could make it through, even if she didn't know what lie on the road ahead.

"For you to make your choice. All Tabula must, as you will, choose their paths." Shakuni motioned to a silent fountain, which suddenly seemed alive with an unearthly aura. "Choose wisely, Tabula." The last words fell off Shakuni's lips as her eyelids closed over her eyes and her arms hung limp. The fountain behind them was awash in little lights, glowing and silhouetting the entranced priestess. In a voice very different from before, Shakuni's voice echoed off the walls of the shrine. "What will you choose?"

"Chose one,..choose one what, the lights?" Lenneth blinked, lookinf from Shakuni, to the lights. Once again, Lenneth cupped her arms closely to her chest, and bit her lip, as she walked around the fountain, lingering about for a moment as she passed the white light. When she did she closed her eeyes and her head felt as if she were drifting away. It took her breath, and in an instant her eyes opened again.
"The white light,..." She said softly, almost a whisper, and somewhat supprised. "..it,...pulls me,.." For a moment she acted as if she almost wanted to reach out and touch it, but again she bit her lips, and tightened her grip on her clenched hands.

"Shanta... you have chosen the path of serenity. Wisdom reverberates deep within you... your soul is touched by peace... I shall take you gladly." Shakuni's voice had changed once again; it had not lost it's deep echo, but the edges were softer, the words melting together...
She gazed a long while at the manifestation. It would have to be pulled out of it's cocoon, awakened to it's path, but the goddess was satisfied. The girl seemed suitable enough.
"Now tell me-- what is it you seek?"

Lenneth blinked a bit, at the change in voice, but the tone was not enough to alarm her, meerly make her curious. "What I-- What I seek?" Lenneth repeated. "Why,..there are so many things I want to know and yet so little that I have yet to learn,." She said, casting a glance up at the sky, as a small smile formed on her lips, and her hands finally fell to her sides. "I want to live contentedly, learning what it is I do not know. Happily. I want to know more about what I am, what this place is what I-hn,.." Her smile grew into a shy one, and she brought a hand up to her chin. "It seems I have begun to ramble,..forgive me,."
For that small instant she had forgotten all her insecurities, when asked that question. She had let go, and let the words pour fourth. It were only an instant, but it was true. What she sought - above all, was knowledge, and pure, innocent, happiness. A life free from pain, and greif. Free of anger, and sorrow. To be gentle, but strong. That was what she wanted.

Shakuni's face calmly fell into a smile. The girl had relaxed and let a bit of self show through that fragile exterior. "You wish to know things... you wish to be happy in your quest for knowledge. We will try to help you along in this quest, but be warned, for it may not be as you imagine."
Shakuni's hands fell back into the white glow, emerging with a shape held tightly. The key was blindingly white, a simple, elegant shape with faint etchings that looked like avian feathers encasing it.
"This is for you."
