Yeah...It's paint...I don't have any other programs... crying crying
That...and it's the only program I am good at making art with because I'm familiar with it and it's REALLY simple.

Paint is good for pixel art, but not for saving it. Though saving in BMP saves the quality, but the size becomes really huge, huge like that planet eating bot-planet from transformers.
