Sika had been one of the lucky few to find her bonded early on in her life. She was there with Tahja for every step of the way as she was brought up as the shaman's apprentice, but the shaman had passed on a few months ago, leaving Tahja to take her place.
The female roaming the tribe lands was well known, and even if just by affiliation she was looked to by most of the other dogs in the tribe for advice. The humans enjoyed her presence, for it seemed in addition to carrying the totem of wisdom she was very gentle and affectionate, spending time with the little ones, always there to offer companionship to those in need. She looked at the Tribe, human and canine alike as her family, and as such she was protective. Her eyes, ghostly gray, took in every detail as she passed by tent after tent. Only when she reached the outskirt of the camp did Sika pause to turn, glancing back over it all calmly, settling onto her haunches to observe. There were several new faces and scents carrying on the breezes... she wondered how long it might be until she was able to meet some of them.
((Bah, sorry it took so long, and sorry that it's kinda corny. ^ ^; Tried to sum up her status with the tribe in the first post so it wouldn't keep dragging on.))

((Thats ok ^^))
That was it! She had the chance to get out for a little bit. She loved her Yin, but she was young and ever so wanted to get out and stretch her little legs. So that is what she was doing.
Her paws hit the ground with excitement. At times like this she normal would sing, but she was too busy running. A smile was across her maw. After not getting really far she stoped dead in her tracks. A New scent came across her nose. She stopped and smelt the air, they were close but she was not to sure of where they were. Little did she know they were close.

The female recognized the tell-tale signs of a pup at play, both the sound of quick, light paw steps and the scent. Being a female that enjoyed meeting other canines in their tribe, Sika made an adjustment in the path she walked. Turning a corner at the next tent she spotted the other just up ahead.
Pale paws slowed to a stop, full tail swaying gently behind her like a banner as a sign of peace. She was glad to see the youngster, and meant no harm, and that was just the message her body language was meant to convey.
"Hello there, little one. Enjoying the day, I hope?" She called, drawing closer with her own light steps, continuing on her patrol.

Miki jumped slightly at the sight of the other dog. "Oh!" She giggled and made her way over. "Hello! Yes I am." She wiggled around and sat down infront of the bigger dog. "My name is Miki whats yours?" The little black dog smiled and wagged her puffy tail.
"Its nice to see other dogs around here." She stated with a toothy grin coming across her maw. She looked behind the other dog to see if there was anyone else, then turned her attetion back to the one infront of her.

Sika chuckled at this, leaning down to nudge the pup's side with her nose.
"Come on. You can help me with my patrol."
So, she volunteered the other for the job, but only knowing that the young often enjoyed doing such things, feeling important or helpful, some even finding the prospect of such tasks to be exciting. Miki seemed like the type, so the offer was extended.
"My name is Sika, and yes, I agree it is very nice to see other dogs around here." She winked, setting the pace slowly, as her longer strides gave her more covered distance she opted to walk slowly so Miki wouldn't fall behind. "Do you like it here, Miki? Found that person to help look after you yet?"

"YAY!" Miki giggled as she slightly bounded after the other. Her feet pounded on the ground and she kept up willingly. Her tail wagged.
"I love it here!" She begain. "I've always have, I don't live that far away." SHe nodded and smiled. "Yes I do have one to watch me! She is wonderful but she lets me explore, she saids its good for me to get out and meet others." She nodded. "Have you met your own?" She asked back.
