ok just watched the episode, i cant help but want to talk about it i mean buffed out uncle!? a white lotus peice which most likely come in handy later to them, that weird space earth that toph can mold to any shape ((wonder if she could do that with just any rock)) and well katara's horrible jokes.........**why dont you marry him?** lame.........and also for us tokka fans we saw a little there too xd and last but not least the next episode small preview showing azula being well.......azula.

Highlight of the episode: Iroh with muscles
When he showed his muscles, I was shocked and happy. Thank you Iroh for getting over your nephew's betrayl and taking matters into your own hands!
As for the rest of the episode, I enjoyed it. I'm glad that Sokka got his time to shine. ^_^

Iroh looked hot xd Flame on baby! (Current comments were given to me by Katara)
Toph gets even more cooler with the space rock. I believe that rock must have some special power.
Also, all this episode was missing is the appreciation for Sokka in combat strategy, but everything else about Sokka and how he is useful was covered.
And I just got visions of Azula playing in the DoA extreme beach ball video game. I just love Azula. She's so cute when she's blabbing like a psycho. The oppenents looked like they were going to pee on themselves xd

Thank you Iroh for getting over your nephew's betrayl and taking matters into your own hands! As for the rest of the episode, I enjoyed it. I'm glad that Sokka got his time to shine. ^_^ IROH'S RIPPED....yay!.... mrgreen .....and I loved how he constantly had to flip back his hair after it was in his face.....but all together it reminded me of a strange combination of WWE wrestling and Rocky movies.... rofl

Mage Negi Michiru_Craven I am so excited for the Beach episode~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I squealed with joy when the trailer came on. I LOVE Azula. I loved the preview too. xd Gawd, Azula get's competive with everything. oh i know! Azula really hates to lose even if it's a board game or volleyball. I can't wait to see that episode! and about last night's episode, MAN that was cute. and Iroh is a genius for making the guards thinking he's insane when really, he's brilliant, and been exercising the whole time to buff up his muscles. but UGH Zuko is so mean to Iroh! dah! you could tell that Iroh was hurt. crying but Iroh quickly got over it. blaugh

Very cool episode. Especially when we find out Iroh was just using folded sheets to make a belly...which made me thing, did he only have that once he got captured OR he's been using it since Book 2.....
Lots of theories...I love it! twisted

My theory is that Iroh will recieve help from the White Lotus Order somehow, and that because the GAang now has a lotus tile themselves, they (unknowningly for now) have access to the group. What we know about the White Lotus Order is that they are unbiased to what nation or group the piece holder belongs to, and that a holder of a lotus piece may recieve help if they ask. If Iroh and Aang both seek that help, they may end up together as allies.
