there is a question i want to clarify....., it's about urd. How come in almost ALL of Urd's appearances, she wears something either sexy or provocative?

Urd is a half Demon. She also considers herself a cupid of love. She wears it because she likes to. Just like Peorth most of the time.

ok, that solves the mystery why she dresses like that in the OAV, TV series and in the manga, but how about mini-goddess? i wonder why is urd dressing so sexily/provocatively in that show?

The character designers thought that if they put Urd in sexy clothing more guys would watch the show? No, I'm kidding...The reason Urd wears that style of clothing is because it's in her personality to do so. She likes to see what reactions she can get out of the men around her.
