Warning: Avoid if you don't like rants.
I'm not sure why, but when they had the announcement for the "Ghost Hunter" items I a bit annoyed.Quote: The Ghost Hunter set lets you rid the world of annoying apparitions and pesky poltergeists with a stylish jumpsuit and a ghost-zapping Neutron Blaster.  I know I shouldn't get worked up over some simple and stupid, but kind of cool, item because it's just that: A simple and stupid item.
There are people who may like it and people who may not like it. It's more Ghost Buster-y than anything. But, the Ghost Busters are just people in a movie and not the real things. Plus, not all ghosts are big, bad, evil monsters bent on destroying the world. That's just in the movies, unless you're watching Casper, but even then there are big bad ghosts in the movie.
I'm just saying that it would have been cool if they had made the items less movie-based. I'm not saying I don't like the items, but I am saying I was just a bit annoyed with them. Then again, if Gaia made and EMF reader or something like that, people would probably get really confused.

I can see why that would be offensive...
Maybe they should have named it Ghost "Busters" instead of "Hunters", because I'm pretty sure ghost hunters don't literally "hunt" ghosts... neutral
Most just try to find them...
It looks more like a monster killer or something...it's kind of cool, but the name is misleading.

That's what I was thinking. Gaia made ghost hunting a joke and it made me mad, but that's an old rant.

I hated it too. I was really ticked when I put that rant up. They should have asked everyone's opinion first. Maybe we should start a petition asking for real paranormal investigating equipment.
