As you enter Town Hall you find yourself in a rather big yet empty room.
Only at the back of the room a high and imposing desk stands with piles of paperwork on it.
A squeeky voice echoes from behind the desk: "A new registration?".
You walk up to the desk, wich is actually higher than you, when a slim, almost dried up hand full of papercuts and inc stains hands you a piece of paper.
"Fill in please..." the voice behind the desk asks you as the hand dissapears again behind the piles of paperwork.
You take a look at the paper.

Welcome to Halloween!
If you are holding this document it must mean you wish to become a full fletched citizen of our cozy, little town.
But before you can start your new life here there are papers to be filled and rules to be followed!
SUB-RACES:
Although most enter as mere human in Halloween Town, it is possible to gain a sub-race.
Although we are trying to put a limit on those so they aren't free.

Ofcourse you can also have a job here to keep you busy and maybe earn some good gold.

Description: (Appears much like current avatar.) Long jet black hair, usually wears all black. Wears an eye patch. Also runs around with an old messenger bag and can be seen smoking most of the time.
Anything else? Clav is regarded as an excellent thief and around many circles is referred to as "Clavietika Tres Ojos" which leads to speculation as to whether or not she really is missing an eye.
