So I'm going to audition for a couple musicals in a few weeks and I need help! I need to find 32 bars of an upbeat song. I don't want to do something overly overdone like "Defying Gravity" but I'm really open to anything as long as it doesn't take the range of a goddess. razz
The musicals are Little Shop of Horrors and The Music Man. I don't know if that'll change what songs I should pick, but there they are ^_^
And I'm sorry if I shouldn't be posting this here >.<

Well for Little Shop I would do something from Urine Town since they are so similar in musical stylings. For The Music Man I might consider something from 42nd Street or Anything Goes. Good Luck!

Okay, I'm thinking of doing "Take me or Leave me" from RENT. I'll sing Maureen's part. My problem is... where could I find the sheet music for it? I need to sing 32 bars, it'd be cool to know when that stops razz
