How to Post A Request:
- Copy and paste a request form onto a new thread. Do NOT post it in its original Code tags.
If you have any images to post as reference, please don't hotlink off a site that doesn't allow it. Save the image to Photobucket, Flicker, or any other free image hosting service.
Do NOT send your trade to the colorists directly. Send all trades to the "-Cein-Isles-" or "-Chiron-City" mule.
Be sure the colorist you've requested has slots available (Custom) or is currently accepting forms (Bribe).
If the artist is not accepting customs, do not expect to pay a custom price. Be prepared to pay a bribe price if the artist accepts.
If you have a question, do NOT post it here! Please be sure your question is already answered on the FAQ.
Hired Staff Policy:
- Staff are only allowed three custom slots per month.
Staff may not be bribed for Rare-Rarer-Rarest races without prior permission from the owner and co-owner.
Paying with Gaia Cash:
- The Cash conversion ratio is approximately 100c = 10k.
To figure out how much cash would be required for a bribe or custom simply take the bribe/custom price and take two zeros off the end.
For example-->
85k - Single Adult Stage Common Taurs = 85000g = 850c
100k - Single Adult Stage Uncommon Taurs = 100000g = 1000c
500k - Baby to Adult Stage Rare Taurs = 500000 = 5000c
In cases where a cash bribe/custom cannot be payed entirely in cash you may pay partly with gold. Otherwise at this time we ask that all bribes/customs be payed entirely with cash, or entirely with gold.
Since Cash can only be purchased in increments of 500c you may make partial gold offers in cases where you'd be over paying if you only used cash.
For example-->
85k - Single Adult Stage Common Taurs = 85000g = 850c - Could be broken down into 500c and 35k.
For our sanity we are not offering refunds or store credit if you choose to over pay with cash.
