Should we have a Halloween costume contest or a writing contest? The winner receive a set of yukatas or kimonos, depending on male or female avatar :3

I like the idea of a costume contest.
An art contest too if enough people are interested.
My addition... a raffle! Get some donations from people (I'll put in a letter or two from my reserve), and then give a raffle ticket to anyone who posts, even once, in the FoJ between 12:01am and 11:59pm PDT (Gaia Time) October 31st. Then on November 1st we hold the raffle.

Eh, either works for me. Though my RL costume consists of nothing. Since I haven't worn one in ages. However I am planing something good/decent for a Avi costume. 3nodding
