Although not actually using the Byakugen, the Genjutsu starts when Kenji blinks his eyes. When this happens the opponent see's what they believe is Kenji unleashing the Byakugen, then he seems to attack the opponent with the 8 trigrams 64 palms three times over using the added strength of the Flame of Konohagakure. Of course this is only a Genjutsu and doesn't hurt the opponent physically, but makes the opponent feel as if they're bodies being burnt from the inside and having their chakra cut off, three times. Making them feel as if they're on the bring of death.
