We as in the PPS? I dont remember such a thing o_O; Free forum sites annoy me. From ezboard to invisionfree.
Much better to shell out $10 a month and do whatever you like on your own host. Hard core DIY.

I didn't. xD Never saw the need for one. But, I agree with Rivei - I'd rather pay the money and do what I like rather than have to deal with someone.
