How come shes only in the manga comic and not in the anime also why doest it mension her in the manga,I havent read it I just know she in it.

Beacuse they stopped making the anime in 2004, while the manga still continued on. His mother first appears in the manga in July-August '06. She appears in the manga beacuse she needs to tell Sesshoumaru how to improve the shiny new reforged tensaiga, and to reveal things that are later significant to the plot.
