Can anyone please contact a GM and see if it is possible to recover a forgotten POL ID? I havn't used mine in nearly a year so now I can't return to my beloved game and the chat/phone support is in fail mode right now.

As long as you didn't delete your characters or completely forget or can't find a way to remember your account ID and password, then you should be able to get back on. They usually say that the accounts are deleted after 3 months not in use but I know a lot of people who haven't used theirs for over 3 months and still got in when they came back.
GMs can't get your account or password back though, you'll just have to wait until POL help lines are opened and call them with your credit card info, address, and any other necessary info.

oh, well i hope i can get the stuff i need X-x i finally got the auto response and await a person. surely to god there is something i can do...
