I need to make a new recipe for class, any ideas? Also, it's for the Johnson & Wales Chef of the Year Contest, so if you want to get lots of money for college, you could enter that. Grand Prize gets a full ride.

Hmmm... bleu cheese ribs? Garlic Stuiffed Shrimp? Ham and chicken with orange? Lemon oatmeal? (Is that made yet?) Liver with a red wine garlic sauce? (Noone experiments with liver anymore...)
Those are some great Ideas ya got there! What dish do you have to submit? entrée? appetizer, soup or what?

Either a full dinner or a dessert. If I'm going to do dessert, I want to use Florida strawberries, I can get scholarships for Florida strawberries, if I'm lucky.
