Well, it tooke me a while too. Remember these numbers? Pay attention to the one that is bold.
2, 3, 5, 7, 3, 2 23 (6-120)
The bold number is the sum of the six sets of numbers gained from the roll of the die. The number of times you can roll depends on your rank. Academy and Genin only have 1 while Akatsuki level have 6. That's why I can get six number results. The bold number indicates whether or not your opponents technique has struck you or not. If it was a C rank, then it would not hit you since all C rank moves require 25+, but D-rank/E-rank moves would hit you since they require less numbers, get it?
