Nyan-Man's Mansion is the largest piece of territory in Ikebokuro and everyone wants in! The leader of the group of cats at Nyan-Man's is an old pervert cat who's just plainly know as "The Old Man"
The Old guy is a rascally one though, he's a lot smarter and stronger than he looks and he's good with fighting for what belongs to him. Daily training is an essential part of life at the Mansion and the cats who reside there are not weak in the slightest.
The cats of Nyan-Man's live in the basement where the garbage is regularly dumped and is cleaned out about every two week in the early morning and the cats all know when to clear out when this takes place. At the same time they make sure to scavenge what they need from the trash heaps that come down from the apartments above.
Now getting into the territory of Nyan-Man's is easy, but to be accepted is a whole different game! You really have to prove to the old man that you've got the stuff to make in there. This is extremely tough since the Old man is so picky. Don't be afraid of being alone, no whining and if a fight is presented to you, you damn well better strike at it with full force!
