Naida was feeling much better about school now that she was no longer stressed about mastering scary new spells and the like, and now it was time to seek and destroy. Er... seek. Without the destroying bit. Her target? Her sister. She needed some lovely sisterly time and ... where was that confounded look-a-like? Here and there Naida searched, and finally found herself in a beautiful courtyard, and sleeping on the stone bench wassss - Coco. Which was flatly good enough for the moment. Naida took a seat beside her cat and stroked the sun-warmed black fur as she thought about a better way to approach sister-finding. She needed to learn summoning charms... or ways to send messages... or something equally as useful. But ooooooh, suddenly in the corner of the courtyard a shiny thing caught her eye. Not just any shiny thing ... a ... a ... a dead fish. Next to a shiny fishpond. Good job Coco. Killing and eating the scenery. Naida sighed and looked more around the courtyard, it was ringed with stone trellises and had lush green grass and stepping stone paths leading from benches to archways to a nice walk around the corner pond. Naida loved on her cat somemore and wondered if she'd get in trouble that her cat was killing things around campus...

Kiandra had just made her way outside of the castle and onto the grounds. She had a lot on her mind and wanted to take a walk while thinking about it all. As she came upon nearby pond, she gazed out at the horizon. The scenery was just gorgeous. Kiandra was standing maybe 5 feet from the dead fish, though she didn't notice it or any other person/thing around her. She was too caught up in her thoughts.

The sun had shifted and was now getting in Naida's eyes as she looked at her cat, she looked up to regain her whereabouts and noticed the girl in the shadows. As she looked closer she was pretty sure she recognized her. Gryffindor robes... and masses of red hair! Jackpot. "Oy!! Kia-Kitty!! Over here!!!" Naida yelled, waving at her sister.

Kiandra slowly turned around and attempted to look at who was calling her. Though the sun was so bright it blinded her instead. Kiandra shielded her eyes with her hand as she moved in closer. When she could finally focus, she seen that it was her sister.
"Naida!" she smiled and quickly wrapped her sister in a hug. Seeing her definately made her feel better. "I haven't seen you in soo long" though in reality she had just seen her yesterday. Kiandra let her sister go and then began to pet Coco. "What are you up to?"

Naida warmly returned the hug. "Actually... I was out and about looking for you. But I got lost and ended up here instead. But since you're here now, this must be the right place to be afterall." She smiled at her sister with a big grin.

Kiandra smiled and nodded "It sure seems like it, huh". As she noted Coco getting annoyed at being disturbed from her peacefull slumber, she slowly moved her hand away and let her be. "So other than trying to find me, what have you been up to? Met any cute boys?" she nudged her sisters arm and gave her a wink. She was joking of course. Though if her sister had, she'd be really happy for her.

"No, no cute boys." Which is how she always responded, not even taking into consideration the one friend she had made was, in fact, a cute boy. "Things have been going well... actually, I wanted to apologize to you for Charms the other day. I didn't sleep the night before. The rooms are so different here, while I thought it would be nice to have a room to myself ... I was actually really lonely and couldn't sleep at all..."

Kiandra nodded, she definatel knew the feeling. Everything was so different her, it actualy had her feeling slightly down. "It's alright, Naida-bear. I understand." she smiled and hugged her sister again. "Things are extremely different here. I actually haven't made any friends....." she sighed slightly. "and I can't find that cute boy who shared our room on the train with us. He's a gryffindor but I never see him..". The reasons she was feeling down seemed rather silly, but they were important to her.

"You don't mean Gabriel... right? Because he's a Slytherin." There was another boy in the train compartment? Naida had already forgotten. "There was me, and you, and Gabriel, and the Indian girl and the French girl... and oh yeah..." She had counted these out on her fingers although she was really imagining the car in her head. "I haven't seen him either. But that's really weird hun, no friends yet? Maybe you should start sitting at the Gryffindor table... I mean even though the Headmaster said it was okay... you might make more friends. Of course if you don't want to that's fine, it's not like I want to get rid of you." Naida wasn't at all sure what to say, but she really did want to help her sister.

"I suppose I could try it just for one day....." she replied. Even though sitting away from her sister wouldn't be the greatest thing in the world, it would give her the opportunity to meet people in her own house. "Infact...I think I will today. Who knows maybe that boy will be there!" suddenly her entire mood changed. She went from down in the dumps to fully determined. It was strange how fast Kiandra's mood could change when it involved a boy.

Naida nodded, matching the determination. "That's the spirit!" Then she paused. "Too bad we didn't get his name... that makes people easier to find, you know."

Naida's eyes widened... "Wait. First year Gryffindor? How many can there be? Are you sure he's Albus? As in the Ablus Severus Potter... James Potter's little brother, Harry Potter's son? There was all sorts of buzz about him in the common room..."

"Yes, i'm positive his name was Albus. The cute, sensitive, adorable, going to be mine, Albus." she drifted off into her own little world, completely ignoring her sister.

Naida had seen this before... and it wasn't good. "No! Kiakitty, wait. Hold come. Come back to reality with me. This is bad. Very bad. All the Slytherins believed he was some sort of 'prize to be won.' They were all like "too bad he's not in Slytherin..." and they're serious when they want something. I'm sure it goes the same for love. Everyone's going to want him. Are you sure you want to get involved with all that?"
