 HALLOWEEN AVATAR CONTESTUp to halloween i am running a halloween avatar contest so of course the theme is indeed a halloween one. But you can make them as weird, wacky and stylish as you like, remember that the most expensive ones will not mean you will win, make them interesting and ones that stand out.
There is only 6 places in the final and 3 prizes to be won so push the boat out.
We allow anyone to take part, you the members shall choose two of your favourites through a voting process, then both myself and sakura will choose 2 of our favourites. Which shall make up the final six. Then you the members will choose the winners.

1st Place Winner - October Sealed Letter
2nd Place Winner - 3k
3rd Place Winner - 1k

Lyss The One In The Back Crew

Story time!:
The little community of Hillside Lake never expected anything this catastrophic. Besides, who would have thought that the quietest child in the neighborhood would become their greatest threat?
Lyss was part of a family of 6, living on the eastern side of the hill which was part of the above stated community's name. Lyss had always been picked on, whether it was her raven dark hair, or her sky-blue bright eyes. Ten years of this torment would pass until this little girl would get her revenge.
While sitting near the lake- which, on the contrary, would be more aptly called a swamp due to the much needed care that the town had promised way before our little protagonist was born- Lyss eyed a little book that was sitting near the shoreline. Picking it up, the quiet young woman opened the cover, and came upon this message:
'They who open this book, be hopeful;
Your deepest desire shall come true at the end of All Hallow's Eve.' Lyss was overjoyed at the message in the book, at couldn't wait until midnight on Halloween.
Pretty soon, it was time for boys and girls of every age going out to gain buckets and pillowcases full of sweets and toys. Lyss sat on her bed, dressed in a T-shirt and pajama pants and watched as her clock hit midnight. Lyss flung the book open to the middle of the book and waited.
The lights went out all over Hillside Lake, but only for a moment. Our quiet girl, however watched as darkness consumed her. Her body went paler as she lied on her bed. After five minutes, her body jolted off her bed, and her eyes snapped open, now a crimson red."This attire simply will not do,"Lyss stated in a darker voice. With one snap of her fingers, Lyss hair turned stark white, and her old clothes turned to a light blue dress. The transformed girl slipped on a pair of sandals, and melted through the walls of Lyss's bedroom.
It was time for her revenge.
By morn, all residents of Hillside that had ever tormented Lyss from 5 years old would be incinerated, murdered, or drowned within the lake.
Who knew that a little girl, so pure and quiet, could turn so... evil?

 Storytime! It was a dark and cloudy Halloween night. You heard your doorbell ring. Curious, who could be coming to visit at this hour? When you opened the standing there was something wretchedly ORANGE! But wait...it seems familiar...it's LILY! She was dripping in lava and saying nothing but, "Prooooooooooooooooooobe." "Uh. Ohh." You slammed the door and ran through the house but suddenly she was in hot pursuit. You tried to cut her off by running through the closet and the kids' room, but all that did was give her a few of your household items. Awesome. "Proooooobe." You're screwed. Oh, damn, you didn't mean that pun, either. To make it even more of a perfect horror movie scene, thunder rumbled and lightning flashed. That's it! A storm. You ran outside and and stood in the rain and just as you hoped, the monster followed. The rain cleaned off the lava, and Lily is normal again. Hold on. Why are her eyes still all glazed over? "Proooooooooooobe." >.< (Yeah, pretty much just made that up off the top of my head)
