Unseen since the classic series, Davros was the creator of (and sort of the leader of...sometimes) the Daleks. Did he escape the Seventh Doctor's trap ("Remembrance of the Daleks")? Who knows?

Wasn't there that little white speck that flew away from the Dalek mothership just seconds before the Hand of Omega blew it up? So I'm guessing he made it into the escape pod.
I hope he comes back with better lipstick this time.
