The Story
A few people have found they have new powers. Each one came with an elemental power. Their ages varied from young to old and everything inbetween. They were to become legends, stories told throughout time, to be heard over and over by eager children and admiring adults. But before all that there was the beginning, the thing that started it all, the effect before the cause. Long before the fateful event that rocked the world apart there was a normal society; buildings, cities, roads, and most important of all, people, normal average unextraorindinary people. No powers, no increased abilities, just normal. A city is where the new era began with a fateful experiment going underway.
An old man known as Dr. Giranu was working on a very important experiment where the human body was to be pushed past its limits, go deep into the beyond, and become something...super. A loud explosion that alerted only a small group of people outside his home had signaled his experiment was done. After informing the people everything was alright and explaining himself to a cop, the good doctor put out an ad in the newspaper about his Super-Pills and how he needed some test subjects to see the effects. The ad promised that there would be no fatal effects and that the pay would be good, not great due to him being poor but the pill's desired effects would pay well as well with the money.
Where you come in and what I do...
This is what I plan to be a long roleplay going through several events and will have a storyline. The characters will need to band together near the end and possibly throughout the story but do not need to know or like each other at the start. Trust me, you'll know when we reach the "banding together part." ^_^
I will only participate in this as the NPCs and enemies. I will talk out of game in () to inform you guys on things or suggest things. The first example shall be to tell you what elemental power you have recieved with your other power.
You will play the role of your character as they decide to be a hero or villian in this RP as new heroes are born and grow into legends. The players will be the people who have accepted the ad and have come to Dr. Giranu's house to test the pills. There will be 6 pills each a different color but be warned that the color may lie as to what the pill does. (EX: The red pill might give the person powers over ice.) There are to be NO GODMODDERS and NO OMNIPOTENT PLAYERS such as being unable to be hit or instant hitting. I will say if the person hits unless the other player wants to say it hit or the person hitting says they want it to miss before I get there to post. I shall be on ATLEAST once a day and I expect anyone to join to please do as well or atleast once every two days.
Signing up and the rules
First off the rules:
1. Follow ToS.
2. No excessive cussing or anything that would be around PG-13. That means no cybering as well. Both rules have that stated.
3. No godmodding or omnipotent characters. You may find yourself pit against an NPC that appears omnipotent but any of those have plans such as meeting a demise at someone else's hands or dieing or being defeated later. Also this rule means no controlling any other characters besides your own and no characters that seem uber or can one-hit-kill someone else, etc.
4. No instant hitting or instant dodging. No worries anyway because if things go right, there shouldn't be any fighting among players. But there will be if a character decides to turn and I will be the one deciding whether or not they hit based on the actions of both players.
5. Rules of Battle between Players: First who ever is fighting is to post. If it is 5 against 1 then those 5 are to try and post what they are doing before the 1 does. After the 1 does I will post saying who hit, who missed, and what else. Only I can say if someone is defeated or dead. Thats basically it.
