Alterclone jutsu
The reason behind this is so that not everyone can know it, that wouldn't be cool. So, there are people who do know these moves, but you have to find them. I'm sure if you ask nicely to anyone who does know it, they would be happy to teach you. Though someone in the guild may not know the jutsu you want to learn, so if you PM on of the V.C.s, I'm sure we could strike a deal with you so you can use that move. But in order to do that, you have to be a Chuunin or higher.
Also, you cannot be taught a Kekkei Genkai, unless you are in that clan. You cannot copy other clan Kekkei Genkai, either, that's why they are Kekkei Genkai. It is only fair.
