On the television show, a group of people could be heard laughing at every witty joke made by a cast member. That's right. Somehow, in the thick of the Korean War, with bullets flying, artillery shells exploding, and bombs bursting, there is an audience, an audience that was having fits of laughter. Would you mind naming an example? I can't remember that, but then, it's been awhile since I have been able to watch the show.

Well, there were several instances, say when there was a scene where people were riding around in vehicles (Col Potter's driving test, say) and there would be an unseen audience laughing.
I know the show creators put it there to enhance the show in some way, but I can't watch Col Potter crash a jeep into some wooden crates without thinking "This is crazy. Where are these people that are running or riding alongside Col Potter and laughing? Maybe I'm overthinking this and ruining the humor, but I can't get over it."
I have a tendency to over-think things. xp

On the DVD's you can actually turn off the laugh track. I'm not fond of the laugh track either, and after turning it off I noticed that the show's production value went up tremendously. Then again, I over think things too.
Sound is a big factor in video. IEditYourWorld

I guess I tend to ignore it. When pointed out, yeah, I remember hearing it, but mostly, I guess I just don't think about it.
@ Edit: Cute avi and art.
