I'm not sure if it's a glitch or an "easter egg" with the Heart Face tattoos, but I equipped my gold face tattoo, and then my red one, but then it came out as an orange tattoo! surprised How cool is that?

yup you can layer as many tats as you want and the colors change

I didn't know that. I'm gonna buy a bunch of tattoos now to see what they looked like layered. xd

EDIT: Well, I don't have enough white ink to have two arm bands, but it does turn my arm pink! biggrin

I have...
well, A lot of tattoos to root through.....
some are quite rare (expensive, or just not bought a lot.....)
