Proven Guilty
There's no love lost between Harry Dresden, the only wizard in the Chicago phone book, and the White Council of Wizards, who find him brash and undisciplined. But war with the vampires has thinned their ranks, so the Council has drafted Harry as a Warden and assigned him to look into rumors of black magic in the Wind City.
As Harry adjusts to his new role, another problem arrives in the form of the tattooed and pierced daughter of an old friend, all grown-up and read for trouble. Her boyfriend is the only suspect in what looks like a supernatural assault straight out of a horror film. Malevolent entities that feed on fear are loose in Chicago, but it's all in a day's work for a wizard, his faithful dog, and a talking skull named Bob...

I wonder what the deal with Lea being trapped was and when she is going to get freed? And is the winter queen really off of her rocker?
It was a good book and I certantly hadn't expected Molly to be a wizard. I wonder if Charity is ever going to tell Micheal about her magic?
Little chigaco was freaking awesom!

Those are some of the exact questions that I had. ^^
Hopefully they'll be answered in Small Favor... or at least a few of them...
I wonder if any more of Michael's kids will have magic powers? Harry might have to apprentice even more children. Or maybe Molly would, since they'd be her younger siblings. Then I don't think Charity could keep it from her husband any more, too.

Yeah if more if them got magic she would HAVE to tell her husband. blaugh
I hope that somewhere he going into more detail about exsactly how Harry and Michael met. I don't remember much ever being said about it when Micheal first appeared.

Hah, yeah. When I first started reading the book where we first meet Michael, I thought I had skipped over a book or something. I doubt Butcher is going to elaborate on it or anything, though, since at this point Michael is such a well-defined character that it wouldn't really matter very much.
I just really want to know if Michael is going to retire... my own prediction is he wont die, but will have some permanent injury that makes it so he can no longer fight, and so then is forced to 'retire'.

It would have to be a serious injury for him to have to quit and it can't happen until another person gets Shiro's sword for obvious reasons.
My vote is that it's his leg that gets messed up. I wonder then if Molly and her magic might play into if/how/when he gets injured and how that goes (maybe she can stop the pain or maybe she is the reason he gets injured).

Another awesome book. Molly's trial was just great. When Morgan had his epihany that Harry really wasn't one of the bad guys was just perfect! The way Harry got Molly to go home as well.
I kinda think if something happens to Michael, Charity will take up the blade.
Also, I want to know how Charity and Harry are now that some of the bad blood between them is done. I really want to read like, Harry at the Carpenters for Christmas dinner or something, wondering what he's doing there. The banter! The awkward moment as someone, inevitably, asks Harry to say grace! The electronic carving knife blowing up around TWO wizards! I want to see this!!

Little chigaco was freaking awesom! yeah lil chigaco is amazing but I'm betting laceil(sp?) fixed the part bob said should have killed harry.... in speacking of laceil has any one ever wonderd why michael doesn't dig up harry's coin and start hacking away at it with his holy sword since harry's all up for getting rid of the thing?
