or at least mine does the marching band has a bunch of people with shirts today and they had shirts that said "Nothing but treble" and no bass clef instruments had shirts crying I'm not in it but seriously felt pretty wierd talkings to 3-4 all wearing that shirt Also our class rings ordering thingy has nothing for me or bass stuff. just treble clef overused band class intruments and such, I wish I had one of those big upright basses (is it called a cello? not sure) but I never took orchestra lol. also I don't play sports so I get to look like a freaking hippy if I ordered from the school cause only thing I'd want would be the peace sign and something else I forgot what xp anyone elses school not love you haha

Yeah, that s**t is wack. Those cocky trumpets and s**t should know better. Its the bass and drums that are the real backbone of any band, marching or otherwise.
And I totally feel you on the class ring thing. I ended up putting a guitar on mine because that was the most interesting thing I could get.
We're so disrespected everywhere. I wanna see how they all function without us.

The body still looks like any other Fender bass.

How many cm are in a KM that would be .0015 of those. My old high school doesn't disrepect bass players, they disrespect non marching band musicians in genral, the only reason they even care about those kids is because they play in the foot ball games. They would have such a kick a** Jazz band if all the members were as good as the bass player, she kicks some serious a**, and she has a sick ampeg half stack. But even those jazz players who are way cooler and a lot of them way better then the marching bad still get s**t. I hate the drum squade the most, they need to get some a** kicked... Non band musicians get the most crap though, espcecially metal musicains. Random people would walk up to me and ask if I like the prospect of hell. I don't really know about my collage bands though, and people haven't said any thing bad about me playing bass, and they know I do, I bring mine all over the place.

Sting's used 'em, as has Mike Dirnt.
And if you look it up on eBay, you'll get exactly what I described.

It was pretty big but I don't think it would be to big for me, I'm 6'1" and got a few more inches expected to go. sometimes even electric basses make some people look tiny. Glad I'm tall if not I'd probably play a short scale (O_o wierd thought)

Tele bodied basses certainly exist. Schecter made one too, with a MM style pickup.
