So as most of you know, I hate my class, mostly because they're ALWAYS getting me class detentions, a few days ago I had to stay and hour after school. -.- Then they all decided it would be a wonderful idea to make snarky comments about me.

So when our teacher asked us to write a letter about how disappointed we were with the class I basically wrote a two page rant about how much I hated my class. I think they got the point.

Today our guidance councilor pulled me out of class and asked me if I wanted to change classes, and my immediate answer was yes. Except now I'm getting e-mails from people who say they are 'disappointed' with me for changing classes.

Here is a word-for-word e-mail I got:

Quote:

PLEASE TELL ME YOU"RE NOT MOVING CLASSES> ohmygod sam, you can't doo that to mee.

Okay,
it's your choice. You're just showing the teachers that you're weak at working with people in a social situation, which will change their perspective of you as a leader. You sort of are taking the easy way out, and I know it would be easier, but I'm going to stick with the terrible class and maintain my reputation as a shining student. It won't be fun though; Kayla is evil and crazy. along with others

But it's too late to go back -.- I hate my class, even when they aren't my class anymore.

Your class was obviously filled with a bunch of idiots. I feel sorry for you. I think you made the right choice. When it comes right down to it, you have to do what's best for you - and that means switching classes so that you can work to the best of your ability without worrying about being teased. Some people might actually see you as intelligent and smart to know enough to change an uncomfortable situation. Real leaders know when they can't handle a situation anymore.

I was lucky. I grew up with a lot of the kids in my class in high school. I was never popular, but I liked the majority of them and I know they liked me in return. I never hung out with any of them, but there was no problem being together during the day or doing group projects/work. I actually miss them, now.

o_o Switching classes shouldn't be that big of a deal to people. I've switched two classes already.

Lawl. It's not that big of a deal. They'll get over it.

And I hope you like your new classes better than your old ones. :]

@WinterB: I'm glad I'm not the only one.

@Sailor_C: I agree, I thought it was the right decision.
Most of my the people in my school don't like me, I don't know why, I was probably a b***h to them one time or another.

@Grinny: It's a bigger deal in middle school than it is in high school (me being in high school) because you get one group of classmates, you go to every class with them, and there have only even been two people other than me in our grade who switched classes without moving to another school.

Edit: I mean middle school, MIDDLE SCHOOL!

Personally, I did that just a few weeks ago.

'Cause I was in this group called "Music Ministry" -- worst experience ever.
It was crowded, everyone was talking, and Mrs. Stribling was very, very annoyed.
So I quit. I didn't want to be a burden to her.

So yah. If your old class was causing that much trouble, I'd definitely tell the principal. Remember, she/he is your friend. (Sometimes. xD)

I don't blame you for switching classes. I would've done the same thing.

Well, I actually when did when I was in COPS (Concepts of Physical Science) when I was supposed to be in Biology Honors. I was like, "EHHH?" I could I didn't belong there because idiots from my middle school were in that class, and I was like, "Nooo. ; ~;" So, I got switched to have Biology next semester. No more COPS for me! =D
One of the people in the class said, "Let her swtich. She jus thinks she's smarter than us." >[ I just walked away.

Was that message two-messages-in-one or two?

If so, what. the. hell.
They want you to stay, then insult you?
=

I agree that you should have switched.
Your learning is important then what they think.

I hear you calling and it's needles and pins
I want to hurt you just to hear you screaming my name

I had something like that happen when I was a freshman. My English teacher was a real witch. At the time, she was failing the entire honors English class. I was getting A's and B's in all my other classes, so yeah, she was just a horrid teacher. Another girl who had had that class told me if I wanted to pass, I would have to, *ahem* "kiss her where the sun don't shine." (Which was basically right.) My mom told me to get out of that class as soon as possible.

So I went to school the next day and I got a slip from my counselor that my evil teacher needed to sign in order for me to switch. I went before school started and asked her very politely to sign the slip.

She went berserk. She sat me down in a chair and told me I couldn't leave until I thought of a good reason why I needed to leave her class. The only thing that came to mind was the fact that she was a complete b***h, but can't say that.

Finally, after I missed the first period, she let me go, and she never signed the slip. I went home and told my mom, who in turn went berserk. She called the school and screamed that she wanted me out of that class right now and if they didn't do anything, she would pull me out and put me back into private school.

So the counselor called back, kissed my mom's a**, and put me in another class.

So yeah, ******** what the other kids say, you don't need that s**t.

Don't want to touch you but you're under my skin
I want to taste you but your lips are venomous poison

I hate my English teacher,
unfortunately there's no way out of it,
because there's only one English teacher in my small part of the school.
So, I'm stuck with her.
I have four assignments this weekend for her class alone,
more homework than all of my other classes combined.
I hate her.

Well I'm glad I'm not the only one who hates me class/switched out of a class.

So I went to my new class today.
I WAS FRECKIN' AWESOME!
I love it.
They're so... quiet.
It's Amazing!

@Sporky: It was two different messages sent to me one right after the other.
