I think we should keep away from the sub-forms as much as we can. Many people don't use them properly or don't pay attention to them so if we let them spam or RP in the main for I think it will be more active.

Plus, we really don't have enough people to start "siphoning" them to other areas. As for your "complaint" (lol), you have been modded, and that was before I read your post. ;D

i suggest making a thread in the main forums during events for the guild to hang out together
it brings us closes together and hopefully draws in new members during the event 3nodding

What do you all think about departments in the guild? -only those in them would know they exist since they'd be the ones at the tasks..
Sometimes when I'm up here I feel like there is a bit too much expected of each member, and not a person to point to when something's not working right..
I know we have mods to keep the order and such.. but we need a division of labor of sorts.. we need.. recruiters, entertainers, a press, -you know.. people to point fingers at or go to when something's needed. It's perfect how everyone's a jack of all trades right now, but that's waay too many freelancers if you catch my drift.
I think that would really complement the new format that the guild's taken. I dunno.. every time gaia comes up with something I get the feeling that it's just a way of yanking a member or two away when they're online, or they're just here waiting for something better.. smile

Honestly, I've always thought that people would delegate the tasks to themselves that they knew they were capable of doing. We really don't have enough people to break up into factions.
Would you agree, or do you think I'm looking at this the wrong way?

I think I've grown too used to the forum as it is to know weather it's better this way or another way.. -I'm just going to do my part since I don't feel as demanding as I used to.
