it's great so far, I think they edited out Sanji's cigarette/lollipop just to make everyone happy.
And the only thing I have a problem with is chopper's lines and usopp's voice

It's okay. All the anime that I watch, I watch subtitled, first because that's how my brother watches and he was the one who introduced me to anime, and then out of habit... so really, whenever I try to watch a dub it feels awkward and surreal because I find myself staring at the bottom of the screen and accidentally zoning out on the words. It's through no fault of the dub, it's because I'm that mentally geared towards subtitles. So I'm not really in a position to judge dubs.
That having been said, I watched some of the Funimation dub out of a vague curiosity, and was pleasantly surprised. Most of the voices were spot-on - I mean, Usopp still sounds too warbly-comic-reliefy and Luffy apparently has a perpetual sore throat, but those are relatively minor quibbles. I loved Robin's voice. The opening theme was kickass. I mean, I'm not going to watch any more of the dub, but it's going to be because I'm conditioned to subtitles, not because I'm ashamed of the dub version. rofl

it took me about 2-3 weeks to get used to the 4kids dubb voices and i thought it would take me forever to get used to the new dub but after the second episode i watched of the new dub i realized i wasn't confused about who said what... it is very cool... i only watch the dub and read the manga cause i can't find where to get the subtitled for free with out having to sign up for anything since youtube did its clean up thing... i am going to look in the other forums to see if ican find a website for subs...

truthfully, after watching the majority of the 4kids and then suddenly hearing diffent voices was like a nightmare for me, The new Sanji really bugs me, as does the the new Zolo/Zoro. in fact the only voice i agree with appears to be the one everyone else diagrees with: Ussop. but that might just come from the fact that its Hughes (FMA and Krillin (DBZ) thats playing him, and i love both of them. Merely stating my opinion, dont mind me.

I'm just glad someone else took the show and made it what it was meant to be.
The voices I do like are Robins, Sanjis, Usopps and Luffy somewhat.
Choppers voice is a little bit high but I don't mind it thast much it sounds cute. Zoros I really still need to get used to..
Namis is very much like the original english VA and that's fine with me.
I am happy to say I'm purchasing the uncut dvds when they get released!

I love the new voices! Sanji-Kun could sound a little more suave, and Ace's voice can stand to be a little less deep but atleast I can FINALLY hear Luffy say "Gum Gum ______!" without having my eardrums wanting to explode from being so loud. I also want Zoro's 4Kids VA to come back, his was actually GOOD.

i like the funimation dub...but i liked the 4Kids Zolo voice...when I saw the first Funimation dub episode I didn't think I'd like it but I've gotten used to the new voices and like them

it comes out with the new espisodes every tuesday
its up to date and it has every episode from 1-presant nothing will be taken down and it has all the movies and some naruto

He sounds about the same to me, and I read
some where that they were both the same, but...

No worries. I can be pretty random myself, so I
don't think anyone minds. xD
I think the cast does just fine. You have to remember
that they're probably a bit nervous, because, I
mean, they have these AMAZING Japanese voice
actors to live up to, which is probably pretty daunting,
don't you think?
