I just checked today, and i'm hoping this isnt old news but, GUITAR HERO 3's SITE IS UP AND RUNNING!

They have a interview with slash, some kind of large community coming up that you can already sign up for, a preview of the songlist, and some screens from the game itself as well as a link to reserve the game (as if you haven't already!)
