I've watched that guy on the travel channel. He's some sort of medium, I personally think he's a load of s**t.

I personally think he's a load of organic molecules coherently brought together, with sparkles of other molecules like water and zinc, that has become self-aware through the help of bioelectric signals.

I love Ancient Egypt, and I really do enjoy watching Most Haunted...when he's not on it. I think Derek is full of crap. I've actually changed the channel when they start talking to him before...I'd watch that if it was hosted by anyone other than him.

I started to watch the clip... but I didn't really like the music or whatever in the background, and the first clip of him holding his right temple when the person then later mentioned the left was hard for me to not notice... sweatdrop
I also mostly want to make an off-topic statement about how awesome Turkeypants looks. *Starts singing the Spider Man song.*

damnit i just watched it and was hopeing to be first to point out the temple mix up. sweatdrop too slow on teh draw i guess...
ive seen the show that guys in on tv before. i rarely watch it because hes full of s**t(in my opinion).
i do admire his ability to remember things though.
id imagine he does loads of research before hand and just bulls**ts his way through the rest. lol

I've never heard of this show before.
About Most Haunted... I can't really stomach much of that show because those people overreact to *everything*. Especially the crap the medium guy says.
I prefer Ghost Hunters. They seem a little more subjective. Not that ghosts are really my primary area of interest anyway.

Obscurus I've never heard of this show before. About Most Haunted... I can't really stomach much of that show because those people overreact to *everything*. Especially the crap the medium guy says. I prefer Ghost Hunters. They seem a little more subjective. Not that ghosts are really my primary area of interest anyway. Ghost Hunters is probably the best ghost hunting show I know of. They actually do everything you can to find a ghost, and sometimes they actually do, but still remain skeptics.

Jason Hawes has said in various interviews that when TAPS is called to investigate paranormal claims, they go in attempting to debunk the haunting. The public’s trust was gained through the number of “true hauntings” TAPS uncovered. The percentage was shockingly small considering more popularity could be attained with more hauntings. In the first season, only 25% of all investigated locations were deemed “haunted”. The numbers went up, however, in the second season when 51.22% of the locations were haunted.

Yeah I thought about that too. I figured it was something to do with the show getting so wellknown, and more people just started to call. If that makes sense. >_> I also thought it could have been that they're just airing more trips with the confirmed hauntings. Im sure they don't air every trip they do make. and they're starting to do bigger places it seems to me, less cooky people in their houses wanting tv time.
