Basically, it only applies to the Changling creatures, or Mistform Ultimus abilities.

It probably goes with a spin off card of Ovnimancer that replaces cards with goats instead of sheep.

I am going to play that one, combining it with the card that I hate more than anything, Amoeboid Changeling and Momentary Blink to create the deck that I wanted when I first laid eyes on that one, the goatnapper-control.dec.

I think that card is nifty, but "Ronin Cavekeeper" is still one of my favorites.

*Player 1 (RW Changeling Aggro) has 20 life, 5 cards in hand, two Avian Changelings, two Smokebraiders, two plains and two mountains.
*Player 2 (UBR Control) has 14 life, 5 cards in hand, three swamps, three mountains and three islands.
Player 1: How would you like me to attack with my two 2/2 flying Mutant Ninja Turtles?
Player 2: Sure, go ahead.
Player 1: There you go. I tap my two Smokebraiders to get RRRR. Also, I play two Blades of Velis Vel and give them +4/+0.
Player 2: Mmm...
Player 1: Oh, and also two Surge of Thoughwefts. I draw two cards. My Giant Faerie Cowards are now 8/4.
Player 2: Ok... Anything else you want to do with your Illusion Lhurgoyf Mercenaries?
Player 1: Nope. You take 16?
Player 2: Hmm. No. I play Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir. You cool with that?
Player 1: Sure. He isn't going to hurt my two flying Squirrel Merfolk Anteaters.
Player 2: No. I play Goatnapper. I get one of your Goat Minotaur Rogues and block the other.
Player 1: What if I respond?
Player 2: You don't. You can only play at sorcery speed, remember? Anyway, I tap out for BBBRRR and play three ragged veins on your remaining Bird Demon Angel. You die.

Clearly the ONLY way to win with that card. I once goatnapped my opponent's Cloudgoat Ranger with Runed Stalactite at the release tournament. Nice.
