Letumel stood atop the dragon statue of Gwydion, looking out over the mist and Mountains. "Wave reaches the Pinnacle, and escape none can. Tarvos still remains with more cruelty to punish and destroy...And with the turbulent destruction after the Wave. Only a void remains. From deep within the Void arrives Corbenik...No...there is something else as well...A shadow hidden within the darkness left by the Wave, uncontrolled and wild...AIDA..." He speaks to the mountains and to Gwydion, raising his infected arm and letting a wave of blackness slowly expand from it.

The Wave moved outwards at a steadily increasing pace, pulsing with artifical life as it moved through the massive stone wings of Gwydion. Where it touched stone it spread, moving like oil over the surface to completely engulf the statue upon which he stood. As the statue was engulfed the wave slowed it progress, slowing to a crawl and then stopping altogether. Bubbles began to appear on the surface of the statue, growing and bursting to reveal the blackened stone beneath before being filled again a moment later.
The Wave had split, seperating into two arcs of black that encircled the statue and Letumel. Runes of glowing white appeared on the arcs as the began to spin, leaving trails of white and black that encompassed the bubbling statue.

AIDA was infecting the area itself, corrupting data as it flooded through the statue and began to spread to other structures. The break in the bridge began to fill with a black ichor, flowing down from Gwydion to the building below, and then into what remained of the bridge to flow the void. As the gap narrowed and finally disappeared the other bridges leading into the mist were taken, the stone blackening as cracks and holes were filled with ooze that was AIDA.

((I love this, in one area I'm working plots of evil and destruction, and in the main area its zeph and sanity talking about leveling...so much like The World.))
As the rings that encircled the statue spun faster and faster Letumel only stood, watching as the area outside the rings was slowly blurred out by the sheer speed of the Rings. To any players that came tothe area it would like like there was a giant ball of black where the statue should be, but inside the rings it was a brilliant white, contrasting sharply with the bubling black skin of the statue. "There is no place to run. No hope of escape. Those who are mourned will never return. The hands of time cannot be turned back. A new Dark Wave will be born this day, a wave that will wash over those who try to stand in its way to clear a path for a life new to this world, but one that will be destined to destroy it."

Letumel raised his hand up high, fingers clenched together tighly in a fist. After a moment it began to glow, drawing in light from all around it until the rings collapsed into the glow surrounding his hand. With the rings gone all of the area was illuminated by his hand, the black spots of AIDA standing out among the gray of the ancient stone. Slowly the light began to fade, pulling back into his opening hand and condensing. Lowering his hand to looked at the glowing blod of AIDA. He held the blob in his hand for a moment before pressing it to the shoulder of his already infected arm, grimacing at the real-life pain that shot through his shoulder at the same time. Looking down at his arm a crackling black energy could be seen leaping up and down the blade that was his arm. In real life his left arm was numb, resting limply on the arm-rest of his computer chair.

The infection spread across his shoulders, driven by the newly absorbed AIDA until the black spiderwebbed across his chest and shoulder blades. His left shoulder was where the concentration was highest, where his skin bubbled as hissed as two lines of spikes grew from his arm. The pain was excruiating, his character dropping to one knee in The world while his real shoulder bruned and throbbed. Instinctivly his free hand shot up to protect the wounded shoulder, clamping onto it until the pain dulled and faded away.
Slowly he removed his hand, looking down at his shoulder with no idea what to expect. What he saw was a mouth, each line of 'spikes' had grown outwards and turned towards each other, creating the teeth that gnashed at the air. He shakily rose to his feet, just standing there for a moment to see if feeling would come back into his arm. After about 10 minutes it did, his entire body feeling better now that just a bit of time had lapsed. He looked around at his handywork, the area completely and totally infected with AIDA. " The Wave of legend may have started at the navel of the World. But the one to suceed will start at the end."
Letumel looked again at his work, knowing that this beauty must be spread but the question was to where? A thin smile came across his face, wondering why it hadn't been obvious before. "A wave of the ocean will hit a harbor first, and so it will start with Mac Anu." He did realize that he was talking to himself, but for some reason he felt, he knew that AIDA could understand him. Hopefully it could guide him as well, leading him through the endless virtual pathways to the correct destination.
Sighing deeply he gated out from the area, returning to Dol Dona and gating to Mac Anu. Those who saw him at Dol Dona saw a glimpse of his nightmarish figure, those at Mac Anu would see his full glory. Stepping from the rings he was a far cry from what he had been just day's before. All forms of cosmetic hacking were gone from him, lettings any player who would look see everything.
His left arm was a mass of twisted black and red ooze, turning into a long blade at his elbow. Black lightning crackled around the blade, traveling up his arm to be consumed by the mouth. The infection continued, spreading across his chest like black tenticles, pulsing with a red light that shown through the cracks in its skin. On his right shoulder another mouth had grown, considerably smaller then the first but still if bit the air and hissed at the World.
